First off- my teenagers approved!! - Cleanliness was superior -Provided soaps, laundry and dish detergents, coffee filters, (and coffee/tea in case you also forgot that!) and any random thing you can think of that you probably forgot- it was there - Beds super comfy -Kid friendly (nothing dangerous, sharp corners or fragile) - Neighborhood had lots of kids and it’s walking distance to a really great restaurant on the corner I’d (and probably will)...

« Such a great property. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Tastefully decorated. So comfortable and inviting. Was perfect for 4 couples spending a little time in Wilmington for a concert and exploring. Owner is very prompt to respond and there were so many little nice touches. A very welcoming home. Loved the hand written note welcoming us and the bottle of wine and waters. Highly recommend and very clean. »
