The room was very spacious and clean, although it needs updating. The toilet rarely flushed properly. There was no ice machine, you had to go to the on-site restaurant to get a bag of ice. The view was great and we never heard any other guests so it was definitely quiet and peaceful. It was only 10 minutes from the beach and had plenty of places to eat and shop within a short distance. The room was missing phone instructions/directory and tv channel list but we weren’t there a lot. Overall, we would stay again.

Great central location for the Wilmington area and nearby beaches. Enjoyed the view of the 1st Fairway and Driving Range from the room's porch, having the onsite Bar & Restaurant is a plus. Facility is well kept, yet a bit dated. The bath/shower was cringe worthy in need of some caulking and TLC for the older fixtures, shower doors, but otherwise spotless. Would definitely choose to stay again. Staff is personable and helpful.

I explained to front desk after making reservations that I was facing knee replacement and needed as few steps as possible and she switched our room to a floor unit, no steps. We ate from Veranda Grill a few times and it was great.
