"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The room was incredibly clean and the hotel itself is quiet. The suites with a living room and kitchen are massive and our view down Burrard to the mountains and ocean was amazing. Our only two negatives were the elevator ride was slow and the hot water took a bit to get heated up."

"Great beach view, staff at check in were lovely. Studio suite was a bit dated but clean. Would have loved to be able to have our door open to hear the ocean and get fresh air but someone below us was chain smoking darts the whole time (we did inform staff at the hotel twice) so it stunk up the whole room.
