Heads up, no smoking, no alcohol on the casino floor, no craps due to staffing post Covid is what one of the dealers told me. Food was also sub par, ordered nachos, Chips were beyond stale, waitress, “ok, I’ll let them know.” No resolution offered after that. Needless to say, I will return the 30th of Neveruary and if anyone asks? Yeah don’t waste a dime there."

"Efficient and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary Continental Breakfast had everything that you would need. However, the WiFi connection was inconsistent at times, so just depends on how much you use it for business. The property was very close to the Plaza area with just a short walk. And the price was considerably lower than other properties in the area. We travel to Santa Fe several times a year, so will definitely book this property again. "

On site restaurant is superb and the happy hour is great .Check in was not easy The front desk guy said I still needed to pay and after a call to his manger He never apologized then when asked if early check in was possible he said he would call me he didn’t and my room was ready when I showed back up 45 mins early for check in . Overall the hotel is amazing and feels very 5 star "
