I've been staying here at the Lamplighter for years. Big, clean, comfortable rooms at a very good price. All the amenities, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator. A bit removed from The Plaza, downtown Santa Fe, but not a big deal. Large parking lot, and huge mall just south. Close to Jackalope. I'll be back.

    "Waited to check in"
We were in town for a Halloween dance and checked in about 2am after the dance ended.. We waited outside for about 10minutes waiting for someone to unlock the doors. We pushed the doorbell multiple times, and called another several times finally we decided to just drive somewhere else to stay while we were driving again we tried calling the hotel phone and finally someone answered.. The room itself wasn't in the cleanest condition, multiple carpet stains and near the door there were stains of what almost looked like smeared blood. It was a little expensive for the overall quality.. Newer TV in room that we didn't watch and microwave and refrigerator. Probably wouldn't stay again
