"My family and I absolutely loved the property and the house. It was so cute and quaint, and the peace and quiet was absolutely amazing. And the neighbors donkeys were so cute. They would come up to the fence every day to say hi."

Red Hawk Golf Courses. Spacious 4-bedroom house in beautiful Las Cruces with AC.

10/10 Excellent
"The house was nice and new. The neighborhood was nice and safe. The decor was very nice and pretty. The price was on par with similar listings we saw. The kitchen was well outfitted with the necessities. The beds were comfortable. The house had a pac'n play and high chair. The linens/blankets were nice too. Overall just very nice placeWe did have a couple spiders and a bunch of ants in the house at first, however the host was great at responding and handling issues. While the host was unable to find a pest control person to respond quickly, they did Walmart order a big bottle of the indoor spray so we could spray the house. After the spray we did not see any more bugs.Otherwise the house was mostly clean. Behind the couch they did have a bunch of dead bugs and dirt. There was a noticeable amount of hair on the floor in one of the bathrooms when we arrived. The floor in general seemed like it had not be swept in awhile.People with children be aware the furniture and such are all white. We ended up buying covers for the couches just so the kids would not get them dirty.People who like to sleep in be aware there are no black out curtains and the sun is pretty bright in the mornings.Great experience overall. Great host overall. The host was also very generous with the late check out which was greatly appreciated."
