"I enjoyed a single queen Casita...#10...and I loved it! It was perfect for me and had everything that I needed to be very comfortable. But this was way more than just a room...a casita...it was an experience. I spent several hours during the evening just enjoying the quiet, the birds and the view from my veranda. And then I did the same in the morning, with a hot cup of coffee. Not to be melodramatic, but this place was good for my soul and I will be back as soon as I can."

"Peaceful , clean and basic needs right at your fingertips! I go for health reasons, the mineral SOAKS are absolutely a game changer and included in your overnight stay ! You cannot go wrong staying at The Pelican in Truth or Consequences! Give yourself a break, take the whole family. Great memories because of the set up 💗"

"Everything was great except trying to get towels. I have stayed there a few times and always have to keep asking to get towels put in the room because they never have them in the room when I check in."

"Host was great. This is a very nice quiet little place to stay. Check in to checkout, everything went very smooth. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the sun rise over the mountains. We will stay here again should we visit the area again."

"The restored casita, originally built by the CCC in 1940, was excellent. It has been thoughtfully updated with modern amenities, including plenty of electrical outlets, a mini-split air conditioner, and a flatscreen TV. The casita was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. I especially appreciated the abundance of hooks for hanging gear and personal items.The entire campground was clean and well-maintained, the host was friendly and courteous, and the views from the covered porch were spectacular.My only suggestions would be to plant trees between the casitas to provide much-needed shade and to avoid the disposal of cut trees and brush over the cliff, as the debris remains visible from the campsites and detracts from the otherwise beautiful scenery."

"House was beautiful view was even better beds were vary comfortable we had a great time there the host was amazing anything we needed she was there and responded really fast this is a great place to take ur family too if your looking to go hang at the lake for the day but wanna go back to a nice fresh house it’s big and can fit so much. Thank you to Barbie the host for a great weekend."
