Hotel propre, personnel à l'accueil très gentil. Belle décoration dans la chambre aux accents mexicains. L'hotel est situé un peu loin des attractions de la ville dans un secteur commercial moins intéressant. Buanderie sur place mais pas de savon et seulement une sécheuse fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner assez complet, les burritos sont excellents. .

####  Bon établissement

 Bon établissement, chambre aux norme nord américaine, grande et propre. Environnement assez calme malgré la proximité une grande artère. Mais comme beaucoup d'hôtels américains la chambre n'est pas faite tout les jours.

I stayed here about a year ago, and it's gone downhill since then. The pillow cases were dirty; the coffee maker in the room was broken; and the coffee at the breakfast was terrible. I probably won't stay here again.

Great stay except for the noise. Perhaps it was a bad night, but there were three separate incidents during the night in which I was awoken by sirens going down the road. Perhaps there's a hospital nearby? Regardless, not the best choice if a good night's sleep is your criterion. I otherwise thought it was a fabulous place. As many have mentioned before, great breakfast.

The Pros: The room was neat, orderly and i did not find any bedbugs on an inspection. The Cons: Staff was generally poor and unhelpful with 1-2 persons being the exception. 1 person changed the quoted price on the pet fee. Area is generally unsafe with persons engaged in drug use in presumably their car, in the parking lot.

Room was very clean! Breakfast was available until 10:00 which is awesome! The breakfast burrito was delicious, the coffee in the breakfast room not so much. All the staff was so kind and helpful. Not a large room but the bed was comfortable (other than the sheets were on sideways). Would definitely stay there again! Very cute artistic vibe! Great location and lots of parking!

LOUD!!! Way too noisy...from the breakfast guy stomping his feet up and down every stair at 6:30 to the kids next door running free at all hours...pretty sure they belonged to an employee...the kids upatairs and the random vacuuming at midnight...NEVER again!!! Whoever the bemreakfast burrito guy is...keep him...he is the b only good thing around there!

The shower was not cleaned and was dirty from previous guest. I had to wait a hour to be checked in when I got there. Even one of the guest was helping me to find the front desk person . When she did show up she acted like I was bothering her. Imagine that I was bothering her by trying to patronize this Business!

This is a great 'value for money' budget hotel, about 10-15 minutes drive from Santa Fe plaza. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, although the bathroom could use an update. The AC/heater does not have a temperature control monitor so you can only turn the dial to heat or cool fan modes which may end up making the room too hot or cold. The room was equipped with all basic amenities including TV, coffee maker and toiletries. The morning breakfast was decent including bagels, muffins, instant oats, apples and burritos. They also had coffee and hot water in the lobby area throughout the day but it happened to be empty whenever we went to get some. The staff was nice enough to refill the hot water when we asked for it.
