"This is in a very good location . There is underground parking . The rooms require updating the king bed was comfortable, there was complimentary kurig coffee and water . The bathroom shower condition was in visibly poor condition and requires renovation, the shower was functional . The mechanical A/c did not work the heat was functional AC would be nice …..we were able to open windows and have a nice cross ventilation. This is not a four star hotel the property can use a refresh . The hotel next door had an excellent lounge and dining room which is highly recommended. "

"Clean rooms, big rooms, but not a lot of amenities were open. Apparently there is a huge buffet but it wasn’t open. Only one of the restaurants was open and it was very expensive. We only had appetizers and 2 drinks and it was over $200. We went offsite for breakfast. "

"This is a cute motel in Santa Fe. Overall it was fine. We stayed in the old adobe rooms. The room was on the ground floor and if you wanted daylight you had to leave your shade open, but then you had no privacy and my room faced a busy lot. So I resorted to being in a dark room for the parts of the day when I was there. It was really cold during our stay and I had a bit of an issue getting my room warm and on the last night, I finally figured out a workaround with the remote control. There was a separate room with a desk and coffee maker which was nice but there’s no heat in there. "

"It was a good stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed it. The floor needs a little more upkeep . There were signs of dog drool and hairs. Also dog smell was obvious. "
