This stylish 470 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away. Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance. NO PARTIES allowed. Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM. Loved the condo; great little kitchen with all necessary dishes, utensils, stove, fridge (microwave could be updated tho), beautiful bathroom, comfy bed, etc. Very much appreciated the parking (included) in covered deck a block away. ##### Betsy D.
