"The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Loved the aesthetic of the room - just what we were looking for there. We found that the AC unit was pretty loud and not very good at cooling the whole room. Not much ventilation in the bathroom so the room got super humid on top of warm after. Had issues with the WiFi and the phone wasn’t hooked up in our room. DirecTV would intermittently work but probably worked 75% of the time. We didn’t use many of the amenities due to being out and about during the day and checking out super early the morning we left. Not sure I would get a room here again, but perhaps if we had used more amenities, that may have changed my mind."

"The staff was unfriendly and I was asked to explain my disability because I had a service dog with me. I called ahead to let them know I was bringing my service dog and I was questioned as I checked in. The staff in the breakfast room were inattentive. I had to go up to them and ask them for water and juice. The coffee was self-serving which I did not mind. I DO NOT recommend this place."

"We had originally planned for three nights. We arrived late the first night and had written a notice to Sage hotel about late arrival. When we arrived, we were informed that they had overbooked and there was no room available despite us having prepaid for a room! We were relocated to a nearby lower quality hotel nearby against our will. Big disappointment and quite frankly an insult as we had reserved, received confirmation and prepaid for the entire stay. We went back to the hotel the next day and after a lot of back and forth we were able to get a room a Sage hotel for the last two nights. Except for that experience, everything was good."
