"The Hacienda was unbelievable. From our room, to the amazing art, complimentary breakfast and evening cocktail hour was such a treat. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to visit again. "
"The hotel is very well located and has a charm about it. However, it seems a bit rundown. The blow dryer in my room did not work. I asked for an additional one and it only worked intermittently. Desk staff was only marginal. Not particularly knowledgeable or friendly. I have stayed at Santa Fe Inn and Motel (which is just north of Hotel Santa Fe) and it is really a better place to stay. It was unavailable for this stay so that is why I stayed at Hotel Santa Fe. Price was reasonable."
"Overnight stay traveling home from U of A in Tucson to Colorado. It was perfect. Lots of parking. Clean large rooms. Comfortable beds. Close walk to restaurants. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it due to weather. "
"We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet at night and we liked that. It was convenient to have a full kitchen. My only disappointment was the small bathroom. We would love to stay there again."
