"Staff were friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. The nearest bus stop seemed a bit of a walk on busy roads, and cab prices varied, in particular Apollo cab charged more than others and the driver would only accept cash. Definitely worth staying if you have a car."

"Excellent service, great location for everything. Accross the street from the V and A museum, lots of restaurants, bus and metro on the block. Harrods a 5 minute walk, as well as Hyde Park a 10 minute walk. Great vacation. "
"the room was comfortable the hotel was quaint the location is just a short walk from a waitrose and gloucelster road train stop. the shower is like fantastic! and buy the breakfast vouchers when you get there to save 25%. breakfast was ample and add a mix of hot and cold food and pastry. this hotel just feels different than a standard chain hotel. my room was spacious they were a little alcoves and corners to explore and it was very clean and quaint. centrally located on several bus and train lines and a short walk to the Victoria and Albert museum.
