There are homeless camps as you drive through the west side of Oahu to get to the condo; however there are no camps on the beach that is closest to the condo and I was never bothered by the homeless. « We had a great stay! The property was very nice, well maintained, very clean, easy to get to and driveway parking. The property manager was easy to connect with for questions. The location was a little further from Honolulu, so a rental car was a must. But for touring the island, we had a rental car anyways. Food, groceries and gas station very close by.
