She was kind, energetic, and enthusiastic. Very willing to please and make our stay more memorable. She is an asset to your team. I suspect she will bring value to your company as she grows with the company. She was so full of sunshine I had to mention her in this review. "The location was perfect. The hotel rooms were a little dated but they had everything we needed and were spotless. The staff, pool and food were all great."

"Our room was very clean. All the staff we dealt with were excellent and we were provided with great service. We liked the location because it was located west of the hustle and bustle of Waikīkī but still close enough to the action. We were surprised how quiet our room was considering how big the hotel is and that it seemed to be fully booked. "
