"Feels like heaven here"

"We booked the hotel coming off a cruise, needing to wait for 12 hours before our outbound flight and not wanting to wander around the city. Cost of room for the day was half what excursions were running, plus we could rest in A/C with TV and shower, etc. Although check in wasn't until 3 pm, the staff worked with us to get into the room by 11 a.m., so wait time wasn't terrible. My only issue is that restaurant ONLY serves the free breakfast for existing customers and there is no central coffee station in the lobby. However, there is a McDonalds directly behind the hotel (2-minute walk through courtyard, and a few other eatery's also nearby). Worked out well for our needs, and was very comfortable - no complaints - would stay again."

"A fine option if you’re not looking for anything fancy during your stay. Hotel was unable to provide steamer which was unfortunate as a lot of people travel to Hawaii for weddings. "

"The views were amazing, the place was clean and tidy, it was an awesome location that was just far enough away from Waikiki but close enough to walk there in 20 minutes. Great amenities. Safe swimming areas, two pools, great restaurants and an ice tram store. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. "

"Beautiful pool. Expect it to be pricey it is Hawaii! Seafood buffet was a good experience in the hotel. But be aware for resorts here there is a $45 daily hidden fee they dont tell you about. Besides that the Prince Waikiki gets a 4/5 from me."

"Clean property and nice hotel only concern is the tv channels because I was watching a kid movie and then it changed to adult po*n like full nu*e and 2 channels above from pbs kids is full adult content I juts think this isn’t appropriate for the range of tv channels cuz kids can accidentally stumble apon that by the click of a button"

"The room was clean and met basic expectations; however, for the nightly rate, the amenities felt limited. Electrical outlets were scarce, clothing storage was minimal, and the room appeared smaller than anticipated. The online images did not accurately reflect the space, as we expected a chair but found only a sofa. Additionally, the quality of the toilet paper was disappointing for a resort-level property. Laundry facilities were available on my floor, which was convenient; however, the pricing lacked transparency. While the machines indicated a charge of $3.50–$3.75 per load, my account was charged $8.00 for washing and $8.00 for drying. Staff indicated the charges were from a third-party vendor and may be refunded later, though this explanation was unclear. I am waiting to see if the charges are adjusted. Parking was another challenge. Valet parking is the only option and costs $45 per day, which feels excessive despite being common at similar resorts. The parking area was frequently congested. Elevator service was slow, with one elevator out of service for the duration of the stay. On departure, the elevator to street level was also out of order, and I was directed to use the stairs. Overall, the location is excellent and convenient for getting around the island, but the experience did not feel commensurate with the price, and there is room for improvement."
