The SUITE is fully SELF CONTAINED with its own front door. It has a private Garden and secluded decking area which is not overlooked.
The Decking Area has a Dining Table and 4 Chairs plus a Modern Stainless Steel Barbecue. Charcoal, firelighters, cooking dishes and tools are all provided.
To the side of the Suite there is an additional Sun Bathing garden with sun loungers. Perfect for watching the AMAZING SUNSETS.
There is secure off road Private Car Parking next to the Suite for 2 Large Cars.

The SUITE should be looked upon as a LUXURY 5 STAR HOTEL SUITE as it has 2 spacious Deluxe Bedrooms and a fabulous Bathroom but DOES NOT HAVE a separate Kitchen or Living room. However the Suite does have a KITCHENETTE with a Microwave Oven, a Ninja Air Fryer, a Slow Cooker, Toaster, Fridge, Plates, Bowls, Glasses, Cutlery, Pots and Pans plus Tea and Coffee making facilities.
There is a larder fridge which we stock with complimentary Milk, Soft Drinks, Beer, Bottled Water and Fruit Juice.

Inside the Suite there is a Dining Table and Chairs.
HOT FOOD can be delivered to the Suite by Just Eat, Uber, or Delveroo

The SUITE has High Speed Internet access speed of 650mbs and uploads of 100mbs.

It has 2 UHD 4K Smart TVs, one in each bedroom. Both TV's have NETFLIX with the second bedroom also having a DVD player with a large selection of DVD's for children, teenagers and adults

To ensure you have a good nights sleep The Suite has 2 King Size Luxury POCKET SPRUNG BEDS, Egyptian Cotton Sheets and Duvet Covers. It also has luxury Egyptian cotton full size bath sheets and spa slippers for each adult.

The SUITE also has its own CENTRAL HEATING system with lots of permanent hot water. Just adjust the thermostat to what ever temperature you want. It has radiators in every room which makes it really warm and cosy especially after those long winter walks on the beach.

The SUITE has a really useful Desk/Dressing Table space which can be used as a Workstation or for Hair, Beauty and Makeup.

The SUITE is very BABY, INFANT and CHILD FREINDLY.
For Babies and Infants it has a Travel Cot, a High Chair, a Potty, an Infant Toilet Step and a Baby Bath.
For Children it has Buckets and Spades, Crabbing equipment, Fishing nets, Toys and Children's DVD's

We will also tell you where the NICEST BEACHES are and where the most STUNNING SCENERY is located. We will provide you with Maps, Directions and Postcodes to enable you to make the most of your time here. We will also give you our recommendations for the best places to EAT and DRINK.

It also has its own CAR PARKING at the side of the Suite enough for 2 Large Cars.

The SUITE is unique in offering a 2 Bedroom FIVE STAR LUXURY SUITE for a lower price than a one bedroom 4 Star Hotel Room which doesn't have a garden, sun bathing area, barbecue, outdoor dining and indoor cooking facilities.
