Property Manager was awesome and very compassionate
We did not book the property for a fun family vacation. We had a tragdey happen and needed to book someone immediately that was close to the hospital. Ed was exceedingly accomodating and compassionate given our circumstances. The location fit our needs and we were so thankful that they allowed us access to the property early given the situation. One thing I would mention to Ed is perhaps have some instructions regarding check-out. We are always happy to do some basic pick-up when we depart a VRBO (like take the garbage out, start a load of dishes and a load of laundry, strip the bedding, etc.) but we didn't see any instructions. Thank you again for all of your help.

Kansas Escapes
The house was spacious and clean! Centrally located for us to get to the baseball fields in a timely manner. Property Manager was easy to communicate with and responded in an instant. Would love to rent the house again if we ever find ourselves in Topeka for baseball. Thank you!
