"Everything was clean, plenty of towels in the room for the 2 of us. Convenient fridge and microwave. Hotel gave us 1 free drink each from the onsite bar. Hot Breakfast is the usual mid price hotel fare which was ok for us. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. There are stand up ashtrays out front for those that smoke. Had a good time with other guests at the bar. Will definitely stay here again as we see trips in the future passing by here. Thanks Oxford!"

"Upon check in, front desk lady was pleasant and helpful. She told me about breakfast time but we would be checking out earlier so she recommended the grab bags. As we were checking out, I asked the young man at the front dedk for 5 grab bags, he said with a rude tone breakfast is over there and gestured with his head. I told him we needed to get on the road and said the lady night before told me to ask here at the desk. He said, " I wish I knew that ahead of time" sounding rude. It took him maybe 3 minutes to get the bags but I could tell he looked "put out". We had 2 connecting rooms. One room the foor didnt lock and my room the sink sprayed water onto the floor. "

"Nice, peaceful & fun! Rooms are big & luxurious. Grounds are landscaped beautifully. Sitting areas outside including fire pit. Swimming pool & hot tub. I used this location as a base for day trips to Lassen, Shasta & Alturas."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and have nothing but positive things to say! This is my second stay at an Oxford Suites (the other in Portland) and they have both been great experiences. The staff were fabulous, helpful, professional - we were highly impressed. The room was very nice, super clean, the beds were comfy, the AC was great white noise and we all slept great! Breakfast was a great perk - one of the better free hotel breakfasts out there. The pool looked great - the kids were disappointed we didn't have time to use it. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back! Couldn't recommend more."
