And best of all, the staff are amazing. Shannon went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Oh! And the breakfast!! My kids were mesmerized by the pancake “assembly-line” machine. « Je n'ai rien apprécié. Les extérieurs au chambre sont sales et non nettoyés ( poubelles à même le sol). Nous avons changé une fois de chambre avec toujours le même ressenti: draps froisés, tache de gras sur la table de nuit que j'ai du nettoyé, lavabo non nettoyé, papier toilette dans la cuvette...avec l'équipement minimaliste de Motel 6\. Attention au bruit de la highway selon la disposition de votre chambre. Bref, je vous recommande un autre hôtel sur Redding »

« The room was thoughtfully remodeled. There were usb ports, ample surfaces to put luggage off the floor, reading lights controlled from the bed, small fridge and microwave. The bed and linens were comfortable. »

"Personnel très gentil et accueillant , café et thé 24/24 dans le lobby , chambre basique je ne supporte plus la moquette dans les chambres aux USA . Par contre l environnement n est pas safe du tout je me suis faite suivre par un individu apparemment drogué ou alcoolisé qui est même entré dans le hall heureusement que la réceptionniste a réagit et qui ensuite a essayé d ouvrir les portes extérieures donnant sur le couloir . Il y avait un groupe de homeless sur le parking ils ont dû appeler la police pour les faire partir . "
