« I had lots of frustration and challenges for this short stay. The ameneties are all high-end and new. But, that's about all I can say positive. « The three bedroom apartment was very clean, well furnished and supplied, and had off street parking and all was safe and secure. It was near the highway for visiting the city every day. The staff was wonderful. It made for a wonderful family reunion with formal event attendance. »

« This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...

We followed their guidelines not having our dog jump onto any beds and furniture. We brought our own dog bed and our dog slept there. Our dog did not have any accident, did not break anything, did not bark...

« There were many problems with our stay and I do not recommend this place for anyone. First, the hottub was not hot enough for usage for the two first nights of our stay. Second, the fireplace was out of order for the enitre stay. Third, there were rust-colored stains all over the sheets, and we came home with little bites all over our body which seem consistent with bed bugs-- which apparently can be identified from rust colored stains. « Looking for no sleep? Stay here.Dogs and upstairs neighbor stay up at all hours of the night. Walls are paper thin. You can hear them walk break and forth and when they drop things. Can almost understand other tenants' conversations. There is a foul odor in the apt. It smelled like previous renters were unhappy and used one of the rooms as their bathroom. The plug in air fresher is very thick. Towels were heavily sprayed with febreeze and caused a rash. »
