"The age of the hotel is beginning to show. Staff was short especially for dinning. Staff was friendly. Outside of the facility was dirty. Obvious signs of vehicle abandonment throughout the facility. Cost of party was high and the daily rate was not told to us until we checked out. "

"I really liked this hotel. Biggest walk in closet I’ve ever seen at a hotel, which made it nice bc we could store our suitcases in the closet and out of the way. My only complaint is that the walls are kind of thin. We could hear someone’s tv on in the early morning/talking outside our door. "

"The woman who helped us check in early was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good and convenient Internet with Chromecast availability on the TV. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was 3 feet throughout. Fitness room was fine, though missing towels and the garbage was filled up with wipes (I presume we caught them between service). We didn't eat at the restaurant because of prices, but for breakfast, a Starbucks around the corner made for convenient early morning option. Nearby Trader Joe's was also helpful. Great location near Fisherman's Wharf with easy access to various public transportation options. Would definitely stay again!"
