We regret to inform you that we were unable to check you in as you did not have a deposit on your card, and as per our motel policy, we require a deposit to be made on the card. Clean hotel, check-in was efficient and front desk staff was pleasant. A little noisy but that’s not avoidable because the hotel is on a main strip. Great value, room has a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. Owner was kind enough to automatically assign us adjoining rooms without us requesting it. Will stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised that there was a refrigerator in the room. The facility and room was clean and well maintained, the check-in person was friendly and helpful. The only thing missing in the room was a closet or rack to hang clothes.

My room was modern, clean and the staff were very friendly. Andy (at the front desk) even arranged a late check out for me so I could go on another bicycle ride before leaving town. A very nice property especially considering the low room rate.

Property was ok. Fairly spartan and stark. Interior hallways transmitted a lot of noise. Shutters in room didn’t adequately block out the light. Same for front door which did t seal well lets light in. Bed was comfortable but they used small square pillows rather than standard or king pillows. They were awkward to sleep on. Grinds could be dressed up by removing weeds and putting plants in all the planters.

Rooms have two doors (one to the parking lot and other to the hallway) which we found odd and a safety concern. The property is outdated and in mediocre condition; the pictures did not match the actual room. We expressed concerned to the owner and he agreed to give us a refund; owner asked for the key stating that he would verify room. We handed over the key but then suddenly the owner flipped on us and stated that he would not give us a refund; owner refused to give us the key back. Owner was hostile with us and even after Expedia negotiated for us to get a different room our kids were scared out of their minds and nobody wanted to stay here. Be warned that this property is not family friendly; no pool, building is in deplorable condition, no extra amenities and horrible customer service and an unethical owner. Stay at your own risk; pay a few bucks extra and have peace of mind.
