Not enough parking spots for all vehicles. We found previous occupants socks and underwear in room, TV remote did not work, AC did not cool quickly and on last day we had a cockroach in the bathroom. WILL NOT RETURN and when we checked out not much care by staff for these issues!

Shower knob was loose and wasn’t working properly it was difficult to manage water temperature, room key keep deactivating it was so disappointing having to ho to the lobby to get to work, on the last night of my stay the Night manager (Luis J) was so RUDE, SARCASTIC and ARROGANT when I had to go to the front desk and have him activate my room ley!!!

The property was within walking distance to Disneyland and shopping/dining. It could use some updating upstairs and the rooms. The hallways have carpet that trap smells when wet. Overall pros outweigh the cons!

Pros: Convenient, within walking distance to Disney and some restaurants and stores. Bunkbeds in separate room. The beds were really comfy and the door is a barn door. A cute towel shaped like an elephant. Separate sink and mirror area from main bathroom. Cons: Thin walls. We heard a child coughing all night for several nights next to us. The people above us must have had a lot of sugar because someone kept running up and down the room for literally hours! It was crazy because it was happening during the day and at night. We were almost kicked out on our last day because they couldn't find the reservation even though I had it right on my phone and offered to send it to them. They told me I had to come in person and pay for it. We were at Disney and it really had me upset for a while. During the afternoon we went back to the hotel and wouldn't you know, they found the reservation. Free breakfast. Not really my kind of food but the kids and husband enjoyed it. Overall it's an Ok hotel. The biggest bonus being the bunkbeds. My kids really enjoyed them and it kept the arguing down!

Location to Disneyland from hotel was so close and it was a nice short walk. Room service dining was excellent! Was annoyed elevators out of service during holiday weekend and no signs or instructions by staff if staying on floor 2 you need to take a different elevator. Was confusing at first but we figured it out. Breakfast was really good but more protein items would be nice. Most negative comment is because a Staff member told us that they were too busy doing paperwork to replenish water in lobby and then was sarcastic by saying have a nice evening. What happened to the customer comes first and why wasn’t he doing paperwork in the back office versus front desk area. Didn’t appreciate his remarks.

Enjoyed their breakfast, saved us time and money, close to the parks. Only downside was their elevators, one was down and in the mornings it was a nightmare trying to use it, we opted for the stairs. But definitely will return.
