"I was a little intrigued at were this hotel was located, as it seemed it was in a backed up corner; however, I was wrong. Yes it is located at a corner. However, it was accessible very easily. When first checked in, I had to park the car in front of the entrance and later go to the offered discounted parking; which in my opinion was the most confusing. Once completed, I don't have any serious issues. It is centrally located to hopping areas near Condado and Old San Juan. The staff is very friendly and service oriented trying to accommodate you as a guest. Breakfast is included in your stay; which I could suggest the Management to offer a little more than cereal, fruit, bread, coffee and juices. When it comes to the room, it is well cleaned, beds are very comfortable and AC works like a champ (with me having to turn it down a little), as it the only hotel that I have been to that does not regulate the system. However, they should do a little better in replacing garbage bins. As the get a little rusty with the humidity that the hot water causes. Over all it's very reasonable for the price. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I loved the hotel and the staff were wonderful. We did reboot the cabana one of our days to have shade all day. I would say this was the only day that annoyed me. The pool staff was great. There was one front desk girl who when we asked if we could rent it said the front desk does not help with this and sent us to a web page.
