I contacted them and was told they were sending someone to fix it and it wasn’t fixed. I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. "This hostel was clean and comfy. They even have a couple of private rooms, ours had a tv! The staff was helpful when it came to questions about how to navigate the islands. They are also a REALLY fun time. There is a newly opened "bar" here which was a great way to hang out with other travelers and have a good time. The bed was so, so, but everything was clean and neat.
