The lobby/lounge area is super cute & comfy for hanging out, and the roof has a (distant) view of the ocean which is very relaxing. The private room was basic but comfortable. Though I was nervous about shared bathrooms, I didn’t have any issues during my stay! Everything is kept super clean; there weren’t many other guests at the time I was there, but those who were there were respectful of the shared space. I booked a private room (not the hostel), and the experience was excellent. I ended up needing to extend my stay by three nights with very short notice, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. One day I got a late start (slept in after a great night out), and they were still flexible and made the extension process easy. Overall, really chill vibe and great service. Would definitely return. I had a private twin bed and it was perfect for a four day stay. It was okay it could have been cleaner but it did the job! the showers were nice. Even the people staying there were really cool - invited me to play cards/drink. The area is really nice - very walkable to the beach and lot of restaurant options which I loved. While it was just a bunch of random people. It was nice to see rather than staring at an overpass.
