The property was very clean. The staff spoke both English and Spanish and made us feel very welcome. It is a great spot has nice restaurants and plenty of night life close to La Placita and old San Juan. We would definitely go back.

The room is very small, the toilet doesn’t have a door so there is no privacy, no phone in the room to call the receptionist, you only get 2 pillows, the towels are a cheap quality and don’t dry, they leave a fabric residue on the skin, the AC started throwing little pieces of ice on top of us in the middle of the night. Apparently the hotel is very new, hopefully they make some improvements!

The room was super small and there were no doors on either the bathroom or shower. You had to watch each other shower or leave the room. There were no phone or tv that worked in the room. The room was so small you could barely walk around. They took several pictures of our id and credit card then came back to our room and asked to take them again. We felt like it was false advertisement with the room and what it looked like.

This hotel is centrally located in San Juan. 9 min from the airport, 15 min to Old San Juan and many other locations. The staff was amazing. They were quick to respond to our needs and very helpful in referring you to good eateries within walking distance. There is a Dennys restaurant across the street, a 24 hour supermarket/ deli and the beach is a 5 min walk. Amazing location and we are definitely going back.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. One of the best staff that I’ve experienced. They were very nice. However, the hotel just opened and we had issues. At night the AC spit out ice and water on my wife’s face. There was no vent in the shower. We did get a small open room, so the no vent could be an issue. The sink leaked if you filled it with water. The way the shower is setup in the open smaller room, the hotel needs to provide a mat or towels to put outside of the shower because the water rolls outside of the shower and could cause someone to slip. The ramp going down out the front door gets super wet when it rains. There are sand paper strips, but they are spread out. I slipped three times going out. There are open utility holes in front of the hotel. A young lady stepped in one. If someone with bigger feet or size stepped in there it could have been disastrous. Those two things could make the hotel liable for injuries, so they should address immediately. The staff was nice and the coffee was good.
