The property is situated within walking distance to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocieries, and minutes away from the downtown scene. The property owners provide a great myriad of kitchenware, towels and blankets. All in all a great place. Between the modern features, the tub outdoors, self check in, the thank you gift… I can’t brag enough about this property. The rooms were clean, the AC was cold, food options were plenty in walking distance. Rides to Old San Juan were cheap. They provided beach towels that were good quality. I highly recommend this boutique style hotel.. We loved how close in proximity it was to grocery stores and food spots, and also how close it was to the excursions that we booked. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to all of our needs. The only issue that we ran into within our first two days of being there, was the appearance of gnats in our kitchen, bathroom, and one of the bedrooms. Though the appearance of gnats in this specific weather climate is inevitable, a member of staff came by to spray the affected areas. The architecture was beautiful (I’m an architectural engineer by trade, so I loved it) , and the space was perfect for our group. We loved the outside shower and the use of natural elements throughout the apartment. Not to mention APT got us into the apartment asap when we had an issue with our Airbnb.
