"Very relaxing, so many pools we lost count. Staff was amazing. Taco truck was a great touch we all loved. Not much for night or pool entertainment but perfect for a nice laid back vacation."

"This location is prime for surfers and the beach is not overly busy. The property is very clean, food is good and it was nice to find little spots to hideaway from the kids for a coffee/break. Very well designed though a massive property (prepare to get your steps in). Our room was near/over one of the outdoor restaurants so we were woken to dragging furniture at 5am. other than that it was a great resort!"

"Not just the rooms being clean very well but everywhere throughout the hotel grounds. Excellent services and very well trained and friendly staff! I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wishes to be treated to a great vacation. Thank you all!"

"Staff were excellent. Loved our cleaning lady, Elena. Quick, clean, reliable and super friendly. Also a repair needed for shower was done very quickly. Reaort had lots of activities if people wanted. Only drawback was the food. Long before the end of 2 weeks the buffet food was not great. Needed more north american options. Asian night was good though. Would have liked to see more fresh options like the one they did a stir fry for lunch. Never saw it again. Lighting in the lobby bar could have been a little brighter for people to play cards at. Overall a great experience."

"I was hesitant to stay at an all-inclusive resort, but was pleasantly surprised. The food was very tasty and the pool drink staff were very attentive. For the most part kids stayed in the kid pool so the adult pool was very relaxing. My room was modern and very clean. My only complaint is that a lot of the noise from foot traffic kept me awake a couple of nights"
