"This location was perfect for access to the beach and walking around town. The home is clean, but we didn’t realize that the common areas did not have air conditioning, so it made our evening hang outs a little sweaty. "The location was great. The area is safe. The gate attendants were so nice. Ride the bus/van from the main road down to the beach. Loved the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Grocery store close by. Loved the pool area. The house could use some updates and deep clean maintenance but overall had everything we needed. Property manager was easy to contact and responsive."

"I knew there was an ocean view but, I didn’t realize we were so close to it. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves hit the rocks everyday. The house was spacious and two kitchens and 4 patios if you include the pool deck. Josh was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed barbecuing on the patio, and going into Higuera Blanca, Sayulita and Punta Mita to eat. Definitely have a SUV vehicle and listen to the hosts recommendations for ease of staying."

"The house is amazing. Fantastic location right on the beach great kitchen lots of outdoor seating. One bedroom downstairs with king bed and ensuite and one general bathroom. Upstairs is reached by a staircase outside of the unit. One was a smaller room with a small queen bed and ensuite. The other was much larger had two queens and an ensuite. Both had ocean views The staff were fantastic could not do enough for us. Small pool which was nice. A perfect home on the beach"
