Our name really says it all, this estate is very well situated on a hill top perfect for breathtaking views of the beach front town and the deep-blue waters of the pacific ocean.

The space
Our location allows for breath-taking views while only a fifteen-minute walk or short taxi ride away, you are on the beach or exploring La Peñita itself. You'll fall in love with the warmth of the Mexican people and its culture.

Guest access
This home has four different suites which feature private balconies with sweeping views, private restroom, and comfortable beds, televisions, and A/C. A full kitchen and dinning area are available if you would like to cook your own food. In the pool area their is a bbq, a wood burning brick oven, and a beautiful garden to enjoy. Two car garage is available.

This home has four floors. Your stay will be on the bottom three floors, and the top floor is used for storage. The house caretaker lives a few houses away she is instructed to give all guest their privacy, but if you have any questions she will gladly answer them for you.

*After the 15 guests there will be an increases of "250 pesos" "12.50 dollars+/-" per night per person added to the base price. We have 3 inflatable mattress to accommodate 6 extra guest
