« Le plus de l’hôtel, c’est qu’il possède un parking gratuit. Les moins, pas grand-chose autour de l’hôtel pour se restaurer. Nous devons reprendre la voiture à chaque fois. Chambre pour une famille de quatre sont très petites, pas suffisamment de place pour mettre les valises. »

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Bien que l’hôtel soit un peu excentré, il est proche du métro et possibilité d’aller à Manhattan rapidement. comme nous avons été dans différents endroits à Brooklyn nous avons pris surtout des Uber. Ils arrivent très vite sur place en général moins de deux minutes. Concernant les chambres nous avons apprécié la propreté partout. Et lorsqu’on veut prendre un café ou un thé, il y en a toujours gratuitement au lobby, et c’est aussi très propre Sans...

« L'hôtelier est très sympathique, check-in et check out rapide, le lit est très grand et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bien. Le seul bémol est l'environnement dans lequel est situé l'hôtel, il y a une rocade qui passe juste à côté (nous avons été situé de l'autre côté donc c'était très calme mais j'ai un doute pour les chambres de devant) et le quartier craint très tard le soir. Mais si vous rentrez avant 1h aucun souci ce sont plus des familles) L'hôtel est situé à moins de 5 min à pied du...

« Un super accueil de Ahmed qui nous a mis a l'aise dès la première minute, il nous à proposer de nous garder les bagages car nous avions 3 h d'avance et il n'a pas hésité à nous conseiller et faire de notre accueil sa priorité. Quel gentillesse et bienveillance ! La chambre était très correct au vu du prix et le quartier malgré les commentaires que j'ai pu lire avant d'y aller était très sécurisé et sans risque malgré nos sorties le soir pour s'acheter de quoi grignoter vers minuit . »

Très beau séjour en général à l'exception des incidents suivants: Pour 2 chambres sur 3 assignées à notre groupe ils ont remplacé les 2 serviettes de bains par un seul drap de bain - pas très pratique quand nous occupons les chambres en couple. "L’hôtel est vraiment agréable ! Chambre moderne et confortable, très bien équipée, avec une literie excellente et tout le nécessaire pour une semaine. L’accueil est top, le personnel est arrangeant et propose de garder les bagages, et nous avons même pu avoir notre chambre plusieurs heures à l’avance. Cependant, nous avons vécu une mauvaise expérience lors de notre dernière nuit : une femme a frappé à 2h du matin en nous demandant d’ouvrir la porte. Elle a insisté et a menacé d’enfoncer la porte, puis notre chambre a reçu un appel de l’accueil pour nous dire que cette personne voulait nous voir, puis le téléphone de la réception lui a été confié, elle a continué à insister pour qu’on ouvre la porte. La situation nous a mis extrêmement mal à l’aise. Cela ne remet pas en cause la qualité de l’hôtel, mais cela montre qu’il faut faire attention même dans l’hôtel car nous avons aucune idée des intentions que cette personne avait en essayant de rentrer dans notre chambre a 2 h du matin. En résumé : un hôtel très confortable avec un service de qualité. Je recommande tout de même, en gardant en tête qu’à New York, il peut toujours y avoir des imprévus extérieurs."

"Hôtel très bien situé prêt du métro ligne D ( arrêt 9ieme avenue) qui va en 30 mins a Manhattan, proche du sunset park. Très bien pour des courts séjours de voyage a NY. Les chambres sont simples et confortables. Attention, proche du métro donc bruit assez important ( comme dans tout NY) a prendre en compte , prévoir les boules quiès. Petit déjeuner simple , la salle n'est pas pas grande donc vite remplie. Globalement rapport qualité prix bon "
