« What a special rental property in a beautiful Brooklyn neighborhood. The home is lovingly renovated with attractive and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Host Sean is professional and so responsive! And he added so many personal touches--including 2 Christmas trees! Well stocked kitchen, new appliances in kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Driveway parking was a wonderful convenience. Easy access to public transportation. Terrific experience and property! »

« PROS: The host was responsive. The house is centrally located. We were able to get to most locations in Brooklyn within 30 mins with traffic. If you know NY traffic, that’s a good thing. The house is also very bright and spacious which made for a comfortable stay. All of the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of sheets and towels available. The entire place seemed to be newly renovated with new furniture and appliances.CONS: There was no microwave. We didn’t miss it but I can see it...

« Our stay at this stunning Brooklyn Brownstone was wonderful. The place is decorated with great taste and inspires the soul. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were gorgeous, the kitchen would impress any famous chef. Everything you need is there. Tatiana takes no short cuts in providing a splendid space for rest and recuperation. I'm a light sleeper and this place was quiet enough for me. We hope to come back! »

« The hedges by the parking spot need to be cut back so there not up against a car. We were only able to get one tv to work and one bedroom is missing a tv. Also there was no balcony as advertised. »

« Had a great stay at this apartment. It's huge, as the listing says, and gets gorgeous light in the morning. The sound system and projector are nice for playing music or relaxing after a long day out in the city. And it's walkable to many trains including the A which gets you pretty much everywhere you need to go. The neighborhood is cute with many restaurants, bodegas and shops close by. Loved it and would stay here again! »

« This apartment is great- located in a fun, active area with lots of food/restaurant choices. There's a good gym on the premises which was really appreciated as my husband and I work out regularly. The unit was clean with a few amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel) and LOTS of coat hangers!! We had a bit of confusion with finding the lockbox for check in, but Chris was a very responsive host and we figured it out. We had beautiful weather so went out on the deck for coffee in the mornings. »

« Merci à Nathalie, très réactive avec qui j'ai pu échanger avant et pendant le séjour. Même s'il faut faire un peu de métro pour se rendre dans Manhattan, je recommande ce lieu calme après les grosses journées de marche et de bruit. Terrasse au top.superette à côté.logement cosy avec climatisation et tout ce qu'il faut simplement comme à la maison,c'est ce qu'on recherchait.merci »

"La chambre était trés agréable. L'hotel a accepté de nous mettre une chambre coté rue piétonne et nous etions au calme. Le lit était parfaitement moelleux. La chambre était assez grande pour 4personnes. La salle de bain rien à dire. Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement proche du métro avec des lignes accessibles rapidement, les différents endroits pour manger prés de l'hotel, le sentiment de sécurité avec les agents de police dans les rues. Nous avons été surpris par le petit déjeuner offert par chambre de 30dollars par jour. Nous prenions jus/cookies/ donuts. Bien meilleurs que ceux de levain bakery. Nous recommandons cet hotel à 100 % "
