Waterfront home on the Little Pigeon River but just half mile from the Parkway. Come hear the birds and enjoy the rocking chairs and private hot tub. Fish for trout even from your deck. We offer a BBQ Grill, Picnic Table and large covered parking for up to 4 cars.

Charming gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and leather furniture. Enjoy Two large king master bedrooms both with their own direct bathroom access. Oversized indoor jetted tub.

Cable, HBO, DVD, Net Flix and board games.

Come see why we fell in love with this home and it's easy half mile distance to the Parkway. Easy drive even with winter snow.

We include linens, towels and starter supplies of bath soap, paper towels, dw soap, dish soap and tp. Just bring your own shampoo and laundry soap if needed.

If the home is booked we have other homes with 2 king suites or larger just half mile from this one.

This house has the perfect location. Easy in and out and close to everything! Mornings you can sit out on the deck that overlooks the river! Great neighborhood! Everything was great and as described. Stayed here back in 2019 and it was just like I remembered it!

Perfect vacation home in a perfect location!

It was just as we imagined from the pictures and description. Everything (home and furnishings) were clean, spacious, attractive and very inviting. Sitting on the deck or swinging on the outside swing, watching and listening to the river made for such a pleasant past time. Beautiful home and neighborhood made our vacation perfect. Have told our friends and family about our stay here. We have recommended this home to everyone. We would love to stay here again.

Great location! Close to all of the attractions that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The house was exactly as listed. Very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed sitting by the water on the porch swing and watching the geese play!
