"Excellent value and service for money but had some downsides - rooms are not renovated in Sian Kaan (yet), phone wasn’t working, a bit too much spa and add on services advertising even after purchasing a spa treatment (staff is very polite though!). Didn’t know mosquitoes gonna be a problem this time of the year (Oct) but the pharmacy sold mosquito repellent which came in handy and we couldn’t have survived without it. All minor inconveniences aside, the service is exceptional and i’d visit again."

"The place was very pretty and the room description as shown. The bathroom didn’t have a door which was annoying when showering and there are A LOT of mosquitos in the property. After the sun goes down you practically can’t go out of your room because of it. Also the bedding didn’t smell fresh, I don’t think it was washed. They were so gracious and accommodating even bringing us some homemade treats a couple times. The apartment and grounds were clean and well maintained, and the location was close to restaurants, markets, and the beach. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here."

"Love that the property was very secluded, private and quiet. Love the large sliding wall in the living room. The bedrooms, two of them were separated from the main living space, which was great for the extra guests. The ocean at the Kay was Sandy we got to jump waves, and to the right we could snorkel. Every night there was music and place to hang out."
