Perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee and Enjoying your sunset cocktail. Fast Wifi, Tennis courts, swimming pools, Pool towels. Perfect Location in the Highly desirable Palm Valley Country club.
○ Due to local HOA requirements, guests must be 25 years of age to book.

○ Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

○ Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage to occur during the occupancy.

The property is in need of updating and some maintenance. It might also be good to note that the only access to the unit is going up 20 to 25 steps, we found that a little difficult with our luggage. It was a comfortable space for the 4 of us.

The condo was larger than I expected. Plenty of room for 3 of us and never felt crowded. Nice, clean and comfortable. Host worked with me through a booking mistake i made. All good and completely satisfied.
