The Carousel building offers several on-site activities to choose from including an indoor, year-round ice skating rink, indoor and outdoor pools, and your choice of different food and beverage options. For the kids, there is also a fun-filled arcade and a playground. Plus, enjoy direct beach access to spend your days basking in the sun or playing in the waves.

THINGS TO KNOW

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The view of the ocean was absolutely perfect. The view of the bay had our own private table which we got to watch a firework show with a perfect front row view. The inside was beautiful and perfect for our family. I will be looking to book this exact room again next summer. Strongly recommend for anyone.

Loved being on the 17th floor!

Loved that there was no obstruction of our view! Went for a girls’ weekend and just wanted to chill, and this condo provided exactly that opportunity. Quality time with good friends at a nice, clean, friendly resort surrounded by plenty to do and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Loved it! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great off-season trip

We had a really comfortable stay at this property between Christmas and New Years. The property was exactly as described. Clean & updated and the view is perfection. We have 2 small children so love having a kitchen and separate bedrooms. We made good use of the indoor pool & the kids loved the games in the arcade. We didn't make it to the ice-skating rink but there were plenty of people who used it. Check-in was easy and the parking & elevators was easy. The location in OC was perfect for us, right across the street from Food Lion was helpful. Not a negative necessarily, but there weren't any games or books or toys which we sometimes see in other VRBOs we've stayed in. Thanks for having us! We would definitely stay again!

Solid Condo for the Beach

Quick trip to the beach with two small children and this condo worked well. Very clean, just enough room and relatively updated. The kitchen was a bit sparse when it came to utensils but we made do. Having a balcony on either side of the building was a nice addition. The facility was nice providing access to pools, ice rink, children's activities throughout the day, easy beach access, and serviceable food/drink. Quiet overnight. AC worked well and parking for a fee was available.

Great location

Roomy, great location and nice amenities, wonderful views. Issues I had was furniture was old. No movie channels, no board games. Lacked kitchen supplies. Toaster needs to be replaced, wipe down cabinets even in bathrooms. Need to give more than two rolls of TB. Was glad front desk gave us another two rolls. Would I stay again, I would, but need to update.

Nice city

Haven’t stayed in a large high rise at the beach before. The place was fine except we couldn’t even use the balcony due to the loud air conditioners running. It wasn’t very relaxing. You have to be ready to wait for elevators. The shower in the main bathroom needs a new shower head. Otherwise the beds were comfy and the place was clean. Thanks.

Nice property, terrible check-in experience

Actually check in itself was fine but then we waited 20 minutes for a cart, then 30 minutes just to get on the elevator - each time. Extremely crowded at check in time and only 2 elevators. It would be better to come after 6pm when the waits are shorter. The rest of the week was fine, no problems. The condo is very nice and we were satisfied with it. FYI the laundry room is INSIDE the master bathroom!

Great condo!

Very clean, amply sized for 4 adults, great views from the ocean front balcony & the bayside alcove that was dedicated to the unit. Kitchen had all the basics except a baking sheet. Appreciated the “starter kit” of supplies that was provided. Linens were fine but definitely not luxurious. The Carousel property itself was very enjoyable. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. The only cons were that we had two minor maintenance issues that were supposed to be repaired but no one ever came. We were also disappointed by the 4pm check in time, with no option for early arrival. It would have been much more guest-friendly had we been allowed to at least park in their lot before check in so we could have enjoyed the beach that day. Still, we would definitely return.

We arrived to a dirty room that had hair on the floors and bathroom counters, dust and dirt everywhere, sand in the fridge and trash and a leftover pair of someone's shoes. The carpets were dirty also not vacuumed well. One bed only had a fitted sheet on it and pillows, no top sheet. The towel rack fell off the bathroom door when you opened it and the nightstand drawer was unusable due to a broken know that left a rusty nail exposed. The mattresses were beyond horrible in the 2nd bedroom. Painful. Will not be back. Dirty and dingy.
