I specifically booked this hotel after calling to determine whether this hotel had room balcony access - particularly during covid. I was informed that not only would we have a balcony but I had upgraded to a suite. Imagine my surprise when we checked in and no rooms had balconies nor were we provided a suite because the staff neglected to prepare our suite 48 hrs prior (basically they gave our room to an earlier guest and we were screwed). Worst hotel experience and even more disappointing Expedia experience.
