We had a roach in our bed the first night and then they moved us to a new room and on the third night there was a roach crawling up the wall in that room. My parents also stayed in the hotel and they had ants in their room this place definitely needs an exterminator!

Loretta the front desk representative was incredibly friendly and helpful. She provided a lot of great information and tips! The property is in a great location less than 5 min walk to National Mall and many restaurants within walking distance.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Valet parking was very convenient. Requested and received a quiet room. Breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were excellent. Convenient for walking to Capitol Hill, the Library of Congress, Botanical Garden, and other sites.

We had a conference there but I didn't know it got so crowded. It seemed like everyone else had a conference that day and then the elevator broke. Luckily I was leaving that day but there were a ton of kids arriving on the bus.
