Expedia listing said room slept 4 people. It was only a king bed, no chair, no pull out, etc. The room DID NOT sleep 4 people, nor did the hotel have a rollaway available.

Not sure if this is a Hyatt or Expedia issue but the room capacity listed is wrong so beware. We searched for a room for 4 and the room they gave us in reality barely slept 3. Very disappointing. They did not have other rooms so we had a roll away bed. Unfortunately We had bad timing and stayed on a weekend with multiple large groups. Long waits for everything - elevators, food market in lobby - and they just weren’t equipped to handle it. Much better on our last day when lots of people checked out.

The hotel was a convenient distance from Union Station. I parked my car at the station because I felt the price for parking at the hotel was unacceptable. Even if you don’t drive, there are always taxis parked outside of the hotel waiting. Check-in was quick. The staff were friendly. The room had the basics that you will need except water but you can request water at the desk. The hotel is a convenient distance from the Capitol and many other places to visit. There is a restaurant in the hotel. I ate there for dinner once. I thought the food was ok. It has a breakfast buffet with a huge selection. Everything that I ate was well prepared. But I thought the price was steep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Zero hot water for three days and only took away the resort fee. No explanation no communication. Only time someone tried to call was at midnight. Such a good decision with two kids. Nice

When we checked in, we were given a room that was already occupied by someone else. The room’s tv was on, towels used and bed not made. So we had to go all the way down from 8th floor to inform at the receptionist. They apologized for the mishap and gave us another room. This room AC made so much noise that I had to turn it off because I was not able to sleep. The room was outdated. It had a popcorn ceiling which is seen in 3rd grade motels. It was nowhere even close to the standard of Hyatt. Because the AC was not we could not sleep all night and our whole purpose was to have a good night sleep because my daughter had test in Washington DC early morning.
