Conveniently located in the downtown and highly accessible to most of the attractions. Rooms are slightly small especially the suites considering that you will have a large family staying in.

I had called ahead of our stay with some questions, and the staff were very helpful in providing options. When we were ready to check-in, they remembered our conversation and followed-up on how things were going the next day. I was there for work and walked about 20 min to the convention center. My family was with me and took the train, which was a 10-min walk away, to go to museums and the zoo. There were good restaurants within walking distance.

We were there for a week and found it to be conveniently located (tons of great restaurants in the area), well appointed rooms (starting to show a bit of age), and great staff (seriously helpful and friendly). Parking is expensive, though to be expected in the city. Every Wednesday they have a happy hour in the lobby and free breakfast every morning, which rotates options. There is always cold water in the lobby. Having a kitchenette for this long of a stay was a game changer for us, cannot recommend it enough.

Property is getting tired, bathtub finish was worn off. They did not have enough staff to accommodate breakfast time, ran out of food( and food was subpar at best.) Stayed 4 nights, and they didn't offer any cleaning service unless you ask. I think for close to $500 a night (with parking) the could at last give clean towels that didn't dry even when hung up? Front desk staff was very nice, and property was very clean.
