"Amazing stay. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Parking was easy as well as loading and unloading the car. We loved our room and it was bright, clean and smelled wonderful. Hot tub was beautiful and relaxing after walking around. Location allowed walking to everything. We could see the tobaggan and river from our room and we never needed the car. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Quebec City. "

"This is a beautiful historic property. It is an absolute pleasure to stay here and the staff were lovely. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and Marc gave us wonderful service both days. The only complaint we have is that the 6th floor has the pool, and staying in any of the rooms in the hallway leading up to the pool was quite loud at times. Parents letting their kids run down the hall yelling and people having loud conversations. We called and let the hotel know. We would strongly suggest to the hotel to put signage at the start of this hallway requesting consideration for the guests staying in this hallway. While we understand it is a family friendly hotel, it is also a 5-star hotel and efforts should be made to provide a peaceful experience. "

"There's no breakfast, the room is dirty/dusty, the bed is too soft for comfort, and the noise penetrates. We were not able to sleep well. The area would be ok for his telling, not as hotel where one would expect privacy and some peace quiet"
