### Newly remodeled Cozy Home Centrally located

Newly remodeled centrally located Home, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with washer & dryer. All new furniture and appliances, Beautifully decorated with little hints of our town of Oakdale.  
One block from a park, two blocks from shopping, restaurants and attractions two blocks from  
Highway 120/108 making it convenient for business or pleasure. But still far enough away for a peaceful stay.  
  
The space:  
There is a long driveway with enough room to park 2 larger vehicles front to back, there is also lots of street parking in front of the home. Plenty of parking if you are pulling a trailer.  
Front yard is fenced.  
You will love dining in the backyard with it's fenced yard, lawn, patio, Table, Chairs & Gas Grill.  
The kitchen is fully furnished.  
The 65" TV has access to Netflix, Live TV and Movie & Shows on demand.

Washer and Dryer in house   
Back bathroom full bathroom with Shower  
Front bathroom full bathroom with Tub/Shower, Both bathrooms come equipped with Toiletries, plush towels & blow dryer.  
2 front bedrooms have Comfy Queen Mattress & Pillows.  
Back bedroom has 2 Twin Xl's, Toys for little ones (fully inspected & sterilized after every guest), and a work space for our business traveling guests.  
Each bedroom comes with two cozy robes, so you can curl up and relax in the evening.  
This home has full private access.  
Rest assured that after each stay the home is thoroughly sanitized, all services and little details are completely sanitized. Every piece of linen, bedspread, blankets and comforters are changed and washed. after everything has been clean and sanitized by hand we go through and double down by using a sanitizing fog machine.  
  
Guest access:  
This is a smart home! We will send you a custom four digit code before check-in. enter this into the door keypad to unlock the door.  
As you leave, simply press the "lock" button on the door key pad.  
The porch light will always turn on at dusk so you will never arrive to a dark doorway.
