With shared pools, tennis, badminton, a fitness room, and multiple spas and saunas, this condo is primed and ready for that next family vacation in the mountains. In the summer months, play horseshoes and fire up one of the grills in the guest BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to whip up homemade meals, while the large living room offers plenty of space to get comfortable and enjoy your favorite movies, along with a wood-burning fireplace so you can warm up after being out in the snow.

The Summit 276 is only about a quarter-mile from Chair 15 Eagle Express at Eagle Lodge Mammoth Mountain. For hiking you can drive just a little over three miles to the Sherwin Lakes trailhead and hike to Sherwin Lake while enjoying expansive mountain vistas. You will also be conveniently close to restaurants, stores, coffee shops, a bowling alley, and the entire town of Mammoth Lakes.

-- The pool is only available during summer months.

-- Please remember to bring your own Pool/Hot Tub towels. We only provide regular sized towels for your stay.

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
