Located in the Mammoth Estates community, this unit is the perfect year-round getaway. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in town! You’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and oven (please note: there is no dishwasher). After a day on the mountain, unwind and cozy up in the living area around the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 60 inch flatscreen TV, or gather around the dining table with seating for four. Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the main living area, as well as a pull-out sofa bed. The full bathroom has been updated with a jet tub and features a shower/tub. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to one unassigned outdoor parking space. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Stayed with a 7 year old daughter and 11 year old son. The location was so convenient being 7 minute walking distance, from the the Village and Gondola to Canyon Lodge so there was no need to drive the entire time in Mammoth.
