Hotel had no record of payment and would not let me check in without proof. Offered transaction from my bank account, woman took phone photo. No receipt. Only one room left, TV did not work( deadbolt would not seat in doorframe, thus not secure. Will try to wedge chair under door knob. Property run down although room was clean. Real hassle with registration. Very bad experience so far.

the room smelled and the carpet was stained. towels were dirty and bugs were in the shower and on the walls. we wanted to get rest before heading to the city. but the were working on the room next to us. so we just got up and left. it was a below the asking price of what it cost to stay there. and wven it did move the rates down i would never stay there again. i dont see how a big name could tie themselves to a hotel like that

This hotel was very quiet and not busy at all, the property was very clean. My dislike was that everything was outdated or needed an upgrade. All though the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was left over trash in the room and the worst was the beds were so rikity and stuff I was sore for two days after. Other then those things I liked it. If I don't have to recover from sleeping on the beds I would stay again

First of all the rooms didn't look like it did on the app. The app shows that it looks really nice but it didn't. That place needs alot of work to it. We had roaches, floor was all stained. The bathroom window had a stick as a lock. The pillows were flat. The tv had no remote or didn't sound loud. We had to ask for one and it wasn't programmed to the tv. It took 15 minutes for the attendant to help us. I was going to find another place but they were all booked. I wouldn't stay here again. Place really needs a makeover.

This hotel (or whatever it is) is located next to a train station and the noise is 24/7, it is located in a lonely/dark place and eveything in there seems to be taken out of a horror movie... PLEASE BE MY GUEST AND SEE FOR YOURSELF :)

This was litteraly the most gross hotel I've ever stayed at. The "no smoking room" I got smelt like an ashtray. The floor was wet, and the sheets were covered in cigarette burns dirt. There was also a train that went by every 30 minutes or so blowing it's horn. To top it all off there was no hot water. You're better off just sleeping in your car.

Well after a long day of packing and moving I made a reservation for my mother and I. When we arrived at the location at 9 pm we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room and make up the beds. Once in the room I noticed there was no toilet paper so I went to the office and used the phone they have on the outside of the office to call after hours and no one answered so I left a message informing them of the lack of toilet paper and we never did get any brought to us and had to go to the nearest store and purchase some.

Worst hotel ever
Manager seemed to be a practicing or recovering drug and or alcohol user. TV didn’t work, bathroom door was rotted at the bottom and wouldn’t close, soap in the shower was used, ( no new soap) when I asked about the TV, The manager said, “I don’t know what to tell you. Not my problem.” He did however tell me that he wasn’t going to argue with me about it when I ask for another room, and that I was welcome to stay somewhere else. (With no refund of course) Hotels.com needs to check out the hotels they book more carefully.

It's an older hotel, but the guy running it was very nice and accommodating and checked me in a little early. My bed was very comfortable. Only problem was all the trains going by in the middle of the night!!

Ok place to stay. Comfortable and was available as i was in town for the night. Only concern was the internet or lack there of. Also no signage showing this as an OYO n Hotel.

It was o.k.
The bed was comfortable, it had a memory foam mattress. It could use new carpet and towels though, the towels had stains that couldn't be removed. The lady at the front desk was not in a good mood, not very nice.

For starters, this property doesn't even have any OYO signage. This place is named the Luling Inn and it was horrible. I booked my (non-smoking) room in advance and once I got there, the only room they had available (according to the highly questionable attendant) was a smoking one. They complained about being over booked and not having any rooms available which was little comfort to me when all I wanted to do was check into my (already purchased) room and get some rest. Nevertheless that didn't happen. I ended up driving half the night to get back home. Then when calling Expedia to get some sort of resolution... after someone telling me they had to transfer me to another department that handles those kind of things. I waited on hold for 56 mins and 38 seconds only to be hung up on the moment someone finally answered the line. I was disappointed with the Luling Inn but even more disappointed with Expedia. Expedia really dropped the ball on this one BIGTIME!

Its a bed and shower. No more no less. Its not the ritz. But its cheap and gets the job done. Walking distance to restaurants. Kinda weird the front desk. Area. It was clean just out dated.

Front desk said they didn’t have my reservation or any rooms until I complained about driving 3 hours and having no place to sleep then she confessed her TVs just weren’t working and other rooms had plumbing problems

I booked and paid for a room through Expedia. I later called the property to clarify the check-in time and was told that they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for me. When I explained that I had already paid for the room she replied “Well get your money back from whoever you gave it to” I don’t exactly know where the fault lay. But I’ve been using Expedia for years and Ive never had a negative situation. I’ve never stayed at an OYO but I will certainly avoid OYOs from now on.
