The unit is clean and very well stocked; nice cookware and knife set, dishes, glasses, etc. The shared beach and pool are both very nice. I would say bring your own washclothes and Kleenex (facial tissue). I don't know if there's an iron/ironing board, so if this is something you need, check with the owners first.This is within walking distance to all of Kings Beach's restaurants and stores, and the main beach.I would definitely stay here again.
