Make memories at this one-bedroom, one-bath salt box with your loved ones. From early-morning sunrises to stunning sunsets to close out a day on the sand, you can take it all in from the comfort of the salt box! Enjoy a beverage and watch your pups play on the decks located on each side of the unit.

The unit features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The bathroom features a bathtub and walk-in shower. In addition, the unit offers a well-equipped kitchen, two (2) flat-screen TVs, cable and internet, a shared washer and dryer and beautiful patio furniture. The property is a five-minute walk to the beach and provides an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, washcloths and sheets) are included.

Just Paradise is centrally located in the town of Kill Devil Hills. Within easy driving distance of many local favorites such as Jeanette’s Pier, Jockey’s Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and the NC Aquarium in Manteo, the property is also minutes from fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more! The town of Nags Head is just down the street and offers dog-friendly beaches.

Please note that we only allow dogs and no other pets. Additionally, there is no smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

So pleased with our choice of housing in Paradise 1 in KDH. Very spacious for the two of us, well laid out and clean beyond measure. Kitchen had everything needed and all linens were provided. Minutes to the beach and located in the center of everything, Will certainly chose one of these properties for the future.

We had a wonderful experience in Kill Devil Hills thanks to our accommodations. Unit was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Great location close to the beach. Lots of places to bike. Enjoyed our dinners at Mahi Mahi restaurant within walking distance.

The place is perfect for a couple with a small dog. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to groceries, shopping, & dining was excellent. The beach access was close & never overcrowded. The unit amenities were as presented. We’ll definitely try to get this place if we vacation alone, again.

The condo was exactly as listed. It was very clean, close to the beach and amenities. People were responsive the one time we needed something. It was exactly what we needed for a little getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is a perfect size for a couple, with plenty of space that allowed us to work remotely for part of the week. The beach access is just a block away, so convenient for a morning job or a quick dip. The place also had everything we needed for the week - fully equipped kitchen, TVs, spacious bathroom, covered patio for those hot afternoon. While we could hear on occasion guests upstairs, it was very muted and nothing that bothered us. All in all it was a great experience and we will try to book it again in the future!

My stay was wonderful. What I saw listed was exactly what I arrived to. The Host Joe was great with communication and the caretakers Mike and Lisa were only a call way to assist with questions. I would definitely return for another 9 days!🏖😎

Nice spacious place, we settled in easily. Not the best weather during the week we choose to travel, but did enjoy the quick easy access to the beach area as described, and found numerous sites to see and experience. A couple of days into our trip, a family arrived to stay in the upstairs rental, and from the moment they arrived until we left it sounded like there was a bowling alley up there. Could hear their dog bouncing a ball almost 24 hours a day. We ended up leaving early just so we could get some sleep. We are not accustomed to apartment style living, so this arrangement was not for us.

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 1 of Just Paradise. It is one bedroom but a very roomy den, kitchen and large bathroom. The unit was very clean. We had access to a washer and dryer. The location is great - very close to public ocean access , restaurants and shopping. We hopefully can visit again soon.

We were looking for a pet friendly rental for the month of February. We found "Just Paradise" in Kill Devil Hills. Joe was very forth coming with all our question and concerns. We had never been to OBX and didn't have any reference to go by. "Just Paradise" met our needs. It's open, comfortable and clean. A short walk and you're on the beach. Artie our dog loved it. The area is very pet friendly. We visited pretty much all of the OBX. So, this location was great. I played three rounds of golf on different courses, and I didn't make it to a fourth. All very nice courses. It was a short drive to the Wright Brothers National Museum. NC first in flight. It was a fun and informative trip. We also enjoyed the town of Duck. They have a mile long boardwalk that winds the bay with multiple shops/benches along the way. We went back several times. We visited Hatteras as well as Roanoke Island. "Just Paradise" made it convenient to all the local attractions. Many nice restaurants were available for everyone's taste buds. Joe prepared a list of things to do and favorite restaurants as well. And beaches are everywhere!!

We cannot wait to come back for Thanksgiving!. Joes place is beautiful, clean, quiet as it is located on an end street, nice linens, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Pictures do not do it justice. Washer/dryer conveniently shared with above unit outside under patio. Outdoor shower great for washing dogs off after beach walks. Close to restaurants, grocery stores. Beach is a 2 minute walk. It was nice to be close to a Pet Smart since I had my 2 little dogs with me. Joe is great to work with and so is his team.

We decided to do a little 'work from home' from the beach for a week and this was a great spot. The beach was just a few minutes away, and our dog had an absolute blast in the mornings and evenings on the beach before/after work. The internet was plenty strong for 2 of us to be on video calls all day, and as a graphic designer and art director, we needed to handle some pretty heavy files as well. No problem. Note to the light sleeper: Be sure to bring earplugs and eyemask. The movements from the upstairs neighbors can be pretty easily heard. And there is some lighting from the building next door that makes its way through the blinds.

Our stay at Joe’s first floor condo, “Just Paradise” in KDH was great, it was also reasonably priced for pet friendly housing during the busy season in August! Just Paradise was super clean and bigger than we had imagined. Private parking and a 5 min walk to the public beach access and close to shopping and restaurants. We appreciated access to the shared full size washer/dryer and the ice maker! Joe and his team were responsive and kind. Don’t let the location next to a new hotel deter you, we had ZERO issues with the hotel regarding sound. The lighting on the building was a bit bright but there are blinds on the window that faces the building. We look forward to staying at one of Joe’s properties again soon and would not hesitate to book with him again. Thanks Joe and team!

Great location and very comfortable. Thus place is exact to the photos. If you stay here just know that people rent the space above so you can hear others walking around. Other than that excellent place. Close to restaurants, shops, and beach.
