« Condo was nice and clean, with upscale decor. There was a supply of extra things like spices and coffee filters, tea, etc. That is always nice when you are cooking. Extra things for small children needs like booster and bed, toys, etc. We added to that supply with some beach / pool toys and a booster step stool. Condo could use extra towels, especially in the kitchen area! No dishcloths and only 3 hand towels there. I would love to see a guest book or info with good eateries and hidden gems...

« This spot exceeded our expectations! We had heard from friends we would want a spot with AC and some sort of kitchen. Veronica’s place was very clean, roomy, and everything worked great. The view was a big need for me. I wanted to be able to wake up and see the beach/ocean. I loved walking out onto the lanai every morning and seeing that gorgeous view right in front of me!! We definitely recommend this place and we will absolutely stay here again! »

« Very clean property, large space as listed. Communication with owner was great. Location was not facing the pool or ocean, but was not a big deal for us. « This unit was great all around. Easy check-in and easy check-out. The unit is spacious, clean, and in a really good location. Being across the street from Safeway, we were able to walk over and buy food items for lunches/dinners which we were able to prepare in the fully stocked kitchen. « This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha. »
