Very convenient!!! Safe and well lit area. Short walk to endless dining options. Facility clean... had random sewer vent smells when entering building and near elevator but no where else did we notice.

Violent Housekeeper
TRU Hilton Hotel Stay 6/22/24 I treated my finacee to a hotel close to St Johns Town Center. The Hilton is a nice hotel and our experience was awesome until 25 minutes prior to check out. Then something occurred we have never experienced. Standing unclothed as we were donning our oufits for the day. 6/23/24 at 1035, checkout is 1100, the housekeeper attempted a violent entry into our room. She knocked while she was trying to gain access to our room, no verbalization of who she was. I stated loudly for her to stop as she continued to batter the extra folding mechanism device with our door. Thank goodness we utilized it. 3 times she open and closed our door rapidly and loudly against the folding stop with me requesting she stop immediately. The violence ended and I called the front desk to complain. Soon after we could hear her being spoken too. We were out by 1100. We let the front desk know at counter checkout we would never return to this Hilton. Completely wrong and uncalled for.
